About 47% of Adults Without Artery Plaque Showed Inflammation Near the Heart
About 47% of people with no detectable heart-artery plaque showed elevated inflammation in the fat around those arteries. It comes from Biograph's first U.S. study of CaRi-Heart, made by Caristo Diagnostics, published October 22, 2026. Participants had no symptoms and low risk and were Black members of the clinic. The study measures how common this is, not later heart problems.
