Meta's AI Image Marker Only Works on Meta — Not Other Platforms

Meta created a system to mark AI-generated images with an invisible tag. But it only reads tags from Meta. It cannot read tags from Google, Adobe, Microsoft, or OpenAI. Each company now has its own separate system. This makes it harder to track where AI images come from as they spread online.
