Lawmakers found Sally Dowling, who heads NSW's prosecution office, gave false answers 14 times when questioned about her office contacting a radio station in October 2024 regarding a young Indigenous offender's sentence. Her own staff contradicted her claims. Lawmakers voted 4-3 that she approved it. No criminal charges followed.
