NSW's Top Prosecutor Gave False Answers About Radio Contact With Young Offender Case

Lawmakers found Sally Dowling, who heads NSW's prosecution office, gave false answers 14 times when questioned about her office contacting a radio station in October 2024 regarding a young Indigenous offender's sentence. Her own staff contradicted her claims. Lawmakers voted 4-3 that she approved it. No criminal charges followed.
