Apple's $1,999 Folding Phone Now Arrives in January

People in the U.S. ordering Apple's first phone that folds in half, the $1,999 iPhone Duo, must now wait until January 2027 for delivery. It goes on sale Oct. 23, with all 2026 deliveries already claimed. Apple called early demand "nothing short of extraordinary" and said it is working to ship orders quickly.
