Top US banker gives no clue on borrowing costs
Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh, America's top central banker, gave no clue about the Oct. 27-28 decision on borrowing costs at an Oct. 16 IMF talk in Bangkok, Reuters reported. He won't prejudge and said the U.S. economy looks strong. Like fans waiting for a referee's call, borrowers and savers must wait for the official announcement.
