Lawyers ask to free shot man locked up with bullet in neck

Legal Aid Society lawyers have asked a Brooklyn federal court to release Oscar Belgal, 28. The Dominican man shot by ICE, the immigration officers, remains locked in the Metropolitan Detention Center, a Brooklyn jail, with a bullet stuck in his neck. They say he has had no operation and lost feeling on his face's left side and some hearing.
