OpenAI's London workers got £2.3m each in 2025

OpenAI's UK company paid its 110 London workers an average of £2,318,181 each in 2025. That was £87m in regular pay and £168m in shares, or pieces of the company. On average, that is about twice as much as the £1.1m in pay and shares each worker got the year before.
