Call to hold off selling 36 empty state houses in Wellington

Ten Wellington housing and social service groups have written to Tracey Taylor, the head of Kāinga Ora, the state housing agency. They want it to cancel the 21 October deadline to sell 36 empty state houses in Nuku Street, Strathmore. They say it should wait for the next Housing Minister and work with the new government.
