Catholic leader says soldiers should not help with execution

A top Catholic church leader said Catholic U.S. Army soldiers should not help in the planned shooting execution of Nidal Malik Hasan. The Pentagon said Hasan is set to be put to death by firing squad — a group of shooters — on Dec. 3 at Fort Hood for the 2009 attack that killed 13 unarmed U.S. soldiers.
