Peters says he did not tell PM, health minister before UN vote

Winston Peters told RNZ Morning Report he did not tell the PM or Health Minister that week New Zealand did not vote on a UN pandemic plan. He said he told Simeon Brown weeks earlier. RNZ said New Zealand was one of two sitting out. The ministry said it backed the plan but wanted New Zealand to make health decisions.
