No big tax cuts until 2028/29, Willis says

National's finance spokesperson Nicola Willis says no major tax cuts next term until the Government is spending less than it earns, like a household back in the black, forecast for about 2028/29. She said paying down debt comes first. She spoke before the finance debate in Queenstown.
