Renters still pay 1.95% to pay by card, through a new firm

Renters using OurProperty can no longer pay rent by card directly after Australia outlawed extra fees for card payments on 1 October. They are sent to Pay4it, a new company started in August by OurProperty founder Russell Burstow, which adds 1.95% — same as the old extra charge. Regulators will likely ask if a new label makes it allowed.
