OurProperty routes card rent payments to founder-linked firm charging 1.95% after surcharge ban

OurProperty stopped taking direct card payments for rent after Australia's 1 October ban on card surcharges. Card payers are now routed to Pay4it, founded in August by OurProperty founder Russell Burstow, which charges a 1.95% service fee — the same rate as OurProperty's former surcharge. I see regulators likely to test whether renaming changes the charge.
