BBC Says Papers Were Faked to Hide a $10bn Fortune

Deloitte allegedly faked hundreds of papers — like backdating receipts — to hide Roman Abramovich’s $10bn and dodge tax, BBC Panorama and the Bureau for Investigative Journalism reported 12 October in ‘Documents falsified to evade tax on Abramovich's wealth.’ Abramovich denies wrongdoing. If true, it could test penalties for advisers who help and for breaking sanctions, or punishment rules.
