National will not cut taxes until at least 2029. Leader Christopher Luxon and finance spokesperson Nicola Willis released the party's money plan. Ms Willis said now is not the time to cut taxes. Like a household, she said, the Government must earn more than it spends, and keep doing so. That surplus is not expected until at least 2029.
