Greens Vote on Israel Dispute

UK Green Party members voted Oct. 4 at yearly meeting to say Zionism, the idea of Israel as a Jewish homeland, is racism. The plan supports Palestinian freedom, letting refugees return home, boycotting Israel through BDS, and blocking all weapons sales to Israel. British Jews and Israel's government objected. Leader Zack Polanski did not vote.
