Trump Says Russia and Ukraine Will Stop Attacking Power Supplies

President Donald Trump said on 11 October 2026 that Russia and Ukraine agreed to stop attacking each other's power supplies, like electricity plants, right away. He gave no details. Ukraine has not agreed publicly. He made a similar claim in September that was not true, so we do not know yet if attacks will stop.
