Pope Leo XIV, 71, to Have Surgery for Small Spot on Lung

Pope Leo XIV, 71, said on 11 October in St Peter's Square he will have surgery in the coming days. Doctors found a small early spot on his lung, like a tiny lump, that has not spread. He said it is contained and he agreed on doctors' advice.
