Police in Brazil Rescue 13 Young Children

Police in Brazil shot and killed a man who locked up 13 very young schoolchildren in Curitiba's Sao Braz neighborhood. Police waited and talked for up to three hours, then went in. Mayor Eduardo Pimentel said all 13 children are alive and unhurt. The city will give counseling, like talking help after a scare, to the children and staff.
