One Nation polling high in Victoria

In Victoria, a September Guardian Essential survey has One Nation backed as first choice by 25% of voters. That is more than the Liberal-National Coalition on 22%, less than Labor on 29%. Other surveys put One Nation near 20%, even higher outside Melbourne, before November's state election. Dismiss it as a protest if you like. It doesn't look like one.
