Why Hardly Anyone Pays for AI Yet

Andreessen Horowitz partner Olivia Moore says consumer AI has its business model backwards. Almost all money comes from monthly subscriptions and pay-as-you-go use, yet only 2.2% of U.S. households pay for AI. She says companies need other ways to earn money. In my view, the price to users should stop following the computer cost of running the AI.
