Newspaper Company Sues OpenAI for Using Its Stories Without Permission

USA Today Co. sued OpenAI, saying it used hundreds of thousands of articles to teach its AI software without asking permission. It seeks more than $250 million. The lawsuit covers USA Today, The Tennessean, Indy Star, Columbus Dispatch and Oklahoman.
