Spain Will Vote Early on Nov. 29 Over Housing Costs

Spain will hold an early election on 29 November after lawmakers rejected Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez's emergency housing plan. Sánchez has led without a majority for eight years and was blocked by conservative and far-right lawmakers. With rents up 80% in ten years and over 42% saying housing is their biggest worry, he says government action is common sense.
