Jailed Australian Church Leader Keeps Title, Faces Calls to Be Removed

Former Catholic leader in Broome, Christopher Saunders, 76, was sentenced to six and a half years by Western Australia's District Court for abusing two young Indigenous men between 2010 and 2019. He still officially remains a bishop, leading to calls for the Vatican, the Church's headquarters, to remove him from office.
