ACT leader says pension age could rise to 67

David Seymour, the ACT party leader, says ACT's money plan, due Sunday before the National Party's, will likely lift the pension age to 67. He said it would spend less, with no new taxes. Labour, the Greens and NZ First want to keep it at 65. National supports 67.
