Judge Tells Tennessee to Save Everything From Failed Execution

Judge I'Ashea Myles in Nashville ordered Tennessee on Wednesday to save everything from its failed execution of Christa Pike, 50. That means the drugs, needles and tubes used in the death chamber. Pike lived through two doses of pentobarbital, the drug meant to kill her. The state had said the order was not needed.
