Police watchdog investigates the Police Commissioner for first time

A government watchdog that checks police conduct is investigating Police Commissioner Richard Chambers. The watchdog and Police are both looking into complaints against him. What the complaints are hasn't been made public. This is the first time the watchdog has investigated a Commissioner. The Prime Minister says he still trusts Chambers.
