Liberal ministers to vote no on assisted-dying rule

Liberal cabinet ministers will vote no Wednesday afternoon at an early Commons vote on assisted dying. The Globe and Mail saw a Liberal note saying so. Other Liberal MPs can vote as they like. Conservative MP Tamara Jansen's Bill C-218 would change criminal law to say mental illness alone cannot qualify a person for a doctor-assisted death.
