Three men say they did not spy for Iran in Britain

Mostafa Sepahvand, 41, Farhad Javadi Manesh, 46, and Shapoor Qalehali Khani Noori, 57, say they are not guilty under Britain's National Security Act, a law against helping foreign governments harm the UK, at Woolwich Crown Court. Prosecutors claim they watched from August 2024 to March 2025 to help Iran's spy agency plan serious violence in the UK. Trial continues.
