Banned Leader Says His Party Won Bosnia Election Even Though He Didn't Run

Milorad Dodik said his SNSD party won Bosnia's Oct. 4 general election at a late-night news conference, even though his name was not on the ballot. The former president of Republika Srpska, the part of Bosnia where most people are Serbs, was removed from office after a court found he disobeyed the outside official who upholds the 1995 peace deal.
