Cornell to Examine Student Clubs After Assault Claims

Cornell leader Michael Kotlikoff says the school will take a close look at its student social clubs, called fraternities and sororities, after many criticized how it handled claims of a 2024 group sexual assault at the Chi Phi house. Cornell says it shut out Chi Phi, forced students to leave, and will ask for ideas on safety and responsibility.
