Badenoch promises to keep pension increase rule

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch said her party would keep the triple lock on state pensions.

She told BBC presenter Laura Kuenssberg in Birmingham, as the party conference opened, it was the 'right policy'.

It means pensions rise each April in line with prices, wages, or 2.5% – whichever is biggest.
