U.S. Says Powerful Nvidia Computer Chips Ended Up in China Despite Ban

U.S. officials say more than 115,000 powerful Nvidia computer chips, the engines behind artificial intelligence, reached China despite a U.S. sales ban, blaming weak checks on big orders. Nvidia says it obeyed the rules and has never been accused of helping smugglers.
