11-year-old Bodhana Sivanandan became the youngest woman grandmaster — a top lifetime chess honor — at the Chess Olympiad, a global team tournament, in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Her score lifted her ranking points to 2,382, above the 2,300 needed. With two international master qualifying results banked, the question is when she reaches 2,400 for the international master title.
