Two Die, Two Hurt After Driver Hits People Walking at Tsawwassen Mills Mall

Two people died and two others were taken to hospital after a driver hit four people on foot outside Tsawwassen Mills mall in Delta, in the Metro Vancouver area, on Wednesday morning, Sept. 30, 2026.
