Two dead, two hospitalized after driver hits pedestrians at Tsawwassen Mills mall

Two people are dead and two others were taken to hospital after a driver hit four pedestrians outside Tsawwassen Mills mall in Delta, Metro Vancouver, on Wednesday morning, Sept. 30, 2026.
