France Would Welcome Britain Back to Europe's Club

France's leader Macron said 'Welcome back' to the idea of Britain rejoining the EU, the group of European countries that trade and set shared rules. In Madrid on Sept. 30, he called a return very good news for France and Europe. It followed UK leader Burnham suggesting rejoining, saying leaving, called Brexit, had done more harm than good.
