Eiffel Tower Boss to Leave After Women Workers Were Asked to Hide

The boss of the Eiffel Tower, Patrick Branco Ruivo, will leave his job at the end of 2026. The company that manages the tower, SETE, announced it on 29 September 2026. It comes after anger when women workers were told to hide and men took their place for a visit by a Hindu religious group.
