Three People Killed in Attacks on the Capital Area

At least three people, including a child, were killed on Sept. 30 when Russia attacked Kyiv, the capital, and the area around it. One person killed in Kyiv worked for the city. Russia says it aimed at phone and power systems in Kyiv and port buildings in Izmail. The count includes the city and nearby areas.
