South Korea Wants Apology After Border Explosions Hurt Soldiers

South Korea on Sept. 30 demanded North Korea apologize and take action for Sept. 21 explosions in the border area that hurt three South Korean soldiers. Official Kang Hyun-woo told the North to stop planting hidden bombs, saying it breaks the 1953 deal that paused their war. South Korea warned of consequences. The North says it did not do it.
