South Korea Demands Apology From North Korea Over DMZ Mine Injuries

South Korea demanded an apology and "responsible measures" from North Korea on Sept. 30 over Sept. 21 DMZ blasts that injured three soldiers. Operations director Kang Hyun-woo also demanded a halt to mine-laying, calling it an armistice violation. Seoul says Pyongyang will bear "all responsibility" for further fallout. Pyongyang denies involvement.
