Burnham says Labour will promise change to how we vote

Prime Minister Andy Burnham said Labour will fight the next general election due by 2029, promising to change how MPs are chosen. Now, most votes in each area win. He said a national review would study alternatives and invited other parties to join. He gave no head or date. Deputy leader Lucy Powell said some in Labour oppose change.
