SteelSeries gaming mice use a faster wireless connection

SteelSeries has introduced its $179 Rival Pro and Sensei Pro wireless gaming mice. They link to their base station over ultra-wideband, like a wider highway for signals between 6.4GHz and 9.056GHz, instead of the standard 2.4GHz. SteelSeries says it carries 20 times more data with less lag. Preorders are open, with shipping October 13.
