MoEngage Acquires AI Startup to Personalize Customer Messaging

MoEngage has acquired Aampe, a startup that uses artificial intelligence to tailor messages to individual customers. Instead of sending the same message to large groups, each customer now gets a dedicated AI assistant that decides what to say, when to say it, and how to reach them. MoEngage invested $280 million in the infrastructure needed to run millions of these AI helpers simultaneously.
