Labour candidate leads Te Tai Tonga race

Mananui Ramsden of Labour leads the Te Tai Tonga contest on 30%, a Whakaata Māori-Curia poll says. Lisa Marie Murch of Te Pāti Māori is on 17%, Lisa Te Morenga of the Greens on 16%, and current MP Tākuta Ferris, with no party, on 15%. 500 Māori voters were asked from 14 to 24 September, give or take 4.5 points.
