UN Advisers Say U.S. Should Stop Sending Migrants to Other Countries

Twenty-four human-rights advisers to the United Nations say the U.S. is sending migrants to other countries that are not their home, causing a chain of abuse that can turn deadly. They asked the U.S. and 35 receiving countries to stop at once, warning people face torture or vanishing in custody. The Trump administration says it is removing criminals.
