Tech Stocks Rose Sept. 21, But Most Fell Behind

The Nasdaq — a basket tracking many U.S. tech stocks — rose 2.26% on Sept. 21, 2026, Reuters reported. But Reuters found 127 stocks at their cheapest lately, against only 64 at their priciest. For ordinary savers in index funds, I'm wary: like a class average lifted by a few top scores while most pupils slip.
