Iran's Kids Go Back to School After War Closed Classrooms

More than 16.5 million Iranian students are back in classrooms in late September 2026, Iranian state media reported, after months of learning from home during U.S.-Israeli bombing from the air that began Feb. 28. More than 124,000 schools opened across the country.
