Seymour says voters should choose for themselves

ACT leader David Seymour says voters should decide how to use their two votes. Both votes belong to the voter, he said, and should be respected. People are often busy but not stupid and should not be talked down to. It follows Sir John Key telling National's campaign launch not to split votes.
