Afghanistan Says It Stopped Fighters Coming From Pakistan

Afghanistan's defense officials say soldiers killed 28 fighters who came across the border from Pakistan into eastern Nuristan province on Sept. 27 and caught 32 others. Leaders in Kabul say Pakistan's spy service hired some former Afghan soldiers, and some were ISIS fighters. Pakistan says it was not involved.
